- Export services are time-bound and involve third-party bookings (inspection agencies, carriers, brokers). Refunds are evaluated based on stage of execution and non-recoverable costs.
- Booking changes or cancellations for freight/customs are subject to carrier and broker terms and cut-offs.
Timelines
- Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to contact@fairexports.shop as early as possible.
- Where eligible, approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Process
- Submit your request with reference details (quote/PO/shipment) and reason for cancellation.
- We will review execution status, third-party charges, and documentation prepared.
- We will confirm eligibility and any applicable deductions for completed/committed work.
